Year long rivalry between McDonald’s and Burger King through Advertisement
Burger King is also a global chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, head office at Florida – United State. It began its operation in 1953.
Both are key rivals in burger industry and they have done everything to stay on top and get more users to its outlet in terms of promotion and branding. It is almost 27 years ago when the brand war between these brands have started.
Initiated by the burger king through by the advertisement where they have directly pointed on McDonald’s that the beef is just fried by McDonald’s and on Burger King its being baked properly. See the below video containing the advertisement.

Recently Burger King has given a full page article in a leading newspaper and given open invitation to McDonald’s to join hands with them for Peace Day by making McWhooper (a sandwich) on “Peace One Day“. 21 September has been officially adopted by the United Nations for spreading Peace and doing something to spread Peace. McDonald’s didn’t take much time to think upon it and have replied back through it’s Official Facebook page. Where not only it denied the offer but have also mentioned that “A simple phone call will do next time”
